How to measure

1. Foot length: Use two sheets of paper, a pen and a ruler or measuring tape. Stand with your weight balanced and trace each foot, holding the pen close to its edge. Measure each outline from the heel to the longest toe in inches. Use the longer foot to select your size; choose the larger size when between sizes.
2. Calf circumference: Wrap a flexible tape around the widest part of your calf to find its maximum circumference.
