Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items that are brand new, unused, in sellable condition, and returned with all original tags attached and a receipt or greenroom.store order number.

To start a return for an online order, email customercare@greenroom-oc.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions.

Returns may also be dropped off at a Green Room store. Please bring your receipt or greenroom.store order number so our team can check in the return.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

We will check your return in and issue a refund within 4 business days.

Items damaged after sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale, clearance, or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless required by law or unless the item arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us as soon as possible at customercare@greenroom-oc.com and include your order number and photos so we can review it.

For storefront purchases, contact the store location where the purchase was made. For greenroom.store online orders, contact customercare@greenroom-oc.com.
