Shipping and Returns
Orders placed on greenroom.store ship from Southern California using UPS or USPS. Most orders arrive within 1-5 business days after they leave our store, depending on destination and carrier service.
Shipping is free on orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for $7.95 unless a different rate is shown at checkout. Some oversized or special-handling items may show a size, weight, or destination-based rate before payment.
Returns are accepted within 30 days for new, unused, sellable items with tags attached and receipt or order number. To start a return, email customercare@greenroom-oc.com.
